【摘要】 目的了解癌症患者及其家属对疾病知情权的需求,为临床协助患者有效行使知情权提供依据。方法采用书面问卷调查的形式,对56例癌症住院患者及39例患者家属进行调查。结果79%的患者希望知道病情详情,82%患者想知道预后;而只有28%的家属愿意将真实病情告诉患者。结论癌症患者对疾病知情需求与家属意愿相矛盾,如何保障患者行使知情权又顾及家属的意愿是目前医疗改革中肿瘤专科医护人员面临的难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the demands of cancer patients and their families for right to know the disease to provide basis for patients to implement their right to know the fact clinically. Methods 56 hospitalized cancer patients and 39 families were investigated by questionnaire. Results 79% hoped to know the details of their diseases, 82% wanted to know the prognosis. Only 28% families were reluctant to tell them about the facts. Conclusion The patients’ demands for knowing the facts of diseases are contradictory to the wishes of their relatives.
