【摘要】 目的探讨癌症病人化疗间歇期携带经外周置入中心静脉导管出院的家庭护理指导效果。方法对55例强烈要求携带经外周静脉插管的中心静脉导管出院的癌症病人及其介护人,实施有计划有步骤的理论和操作指导,出院期间导管由病人及其介护人共同护理,病人每次回院时做好观察和记录。结果55例病人出现3例局部炎症,2例导管部分堵塞,1例导管完全堵塞,3例导管部分脱出,效果满意。结论只要经过家庭护理指导,病人及其介护人有能力护理好经外周静脉插管的中心静脉导管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the directed effect of the family nursing methods for cancer patients before being discharged with central venous catheter at interval of chemotherapy. Methods A planned and gradual direction of theory and practice for 55 patients and their intervention nurses who strongly asked for PICC after discharged was carried out. The catheter was nursed by the patient and the intention nurse together during the period after discharged. A good observation and record were also made while the patient return each time. Results 3 out of 55 patients had partial inflammation, 2 patients’ catheters were partially blocked up, 1 patient’s catheter was completely blocked up, 3 patients’ catheters partially separated. The effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Provided by family nursing direction, patients and their intervention nurses can equally do well in the PICC nursing.更多还原
