【摘要】 目的了解中药结合按摩治疗下肢创伤(手术)合并深静脉栓塞的临床效果。方法将60例病人按入院单日为对照组,双日为实验组分为两组,各30例。实验组采用中药内服外用结合按摩为中药内服外用按摩组。对照组采用静滴低分子右旋糖酐,口服血栓通为静滴口服组。两组病人均进行功能锻炼。观察两组病人患肢肿胀、肤色、肤温、疼痛等变化情况。结果治疗2周后,两组病人患肢肿胀、皮温分别经t检验,均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);疼痛、压痛、肤色分别经秩和检验,均有显著性差异,P均<0.05。结论中医活血通络法结合手法按摩配合自主的功能锻炼治疗下肢创伤合并深静脉栓塞临床效果好,康复快,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapy of Chinese medicine combining with massage in treating patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limb. Methods 60 patients were divided into control group and experimental group evenly according to their even and odd date of hospitalization. Patients in experimental group were treated with the therapy of Chinese medicine combining with massage. They were given guidance of function exercise, based on the TCM principle of vein and artery’ combination. Patients in control group were intravenously perfused low molecular weight dextra, took medicine and performed function exercise. Tumefaction of patients’ lower limbs and change of complexion, skin temperature and pain were observed. Results After two weeks’ treatment, significant diffe-rences were found in tumefaction, skin temperature, pain, pain of press and complexion between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Therapy of Chinese medicine combining with massage, in association with voluntary function exercise, have better clinical effect, shorter time and no side effects in treating with deep vein thrombosis of lower limb.更多还原
