【摘要】 笔者报道了12例直肠癌乙状结肠造口术后放射治疗患者的护理。通过对患者进行心理护理、造口护理及放射治疗并发症(如腹泻、造口周围皮肤破损、会阴Ⅱ度皮炎、阴囊Ⅱ度皮炎等)的护理,使患者按时按计划完成治疗。认为恰当及时的护理对减轻患者痛苦、增强治疗信心、顺利完成放射治疗计划是非常关键的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors reported nursing of 12 patients with sigmoid stoma undergoing radiotherapy after rectal cancer surgery. Patients accomplished the therapy according to therapeutic plan, by mental care, stoma care and care of complications caused by radiation, such as diarrhea, parastoma skin injury, second degree dermatitis of perineum and scrotum. The paper argues that proper and timely nursing is the key to reduce pain, strengthen the patients’ confidence, and smooth accomplishment of therapeutic plan.更多还原
