【摘要】 目的观察医院手术室应用静电吸附型空气消毒机空气消毒的效果。方法用静电吸附型空气消毒机进行空气消毒,然后用自然沉降法监测消毒结果,即于开机2h、3h、4h分别对3个手术间用5个平皿置于东、西、南、北、中的位置,打开暴露15min,然后置35℃温箱培养24~48h,计算平均菌落数,与传统的紫外线空气消毒方法进行比较。结果两组空气消毒后2h、3h、4h空气细菌平均菌落数经t检验,t=4.93,P<0.001,有显著性差异。静电吸附型空气消毒机消毒效果优于传统紫外线消毒法。结论静电吸附型空气消毒机适用于手术室的空气持续消毒,是目前比较满意的一种新型的空气消毒方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of air sterilizer used in the operation room. Methods The air in the operation room was disinfected by static electricity absorptive air sterilizer and then natural sedimentation was used to test the effect of disinfection. 5 plats were placed in the east, west, south, north and middle in the time sequence of 2 h, 3 h and 4 h after the machine was on. The plats were exposed for 15 min and cultured for 24~48 h in an incubator at 35℃. The average colonies were counted and compared with those obtained by the conventional method. Results The average number of colonies obtained at 2h, 3h and 4h by the two methods was treated with t-test, showed significant difference(t=4.93, P<0.001).The disinfectant effect of static electricity absorptive air sterilizer was better. Conclusion Static electricity absorptive air sterilizer, suitable for continuous disinfections, is a satisfactory way of sterilization.更多还原
