【摘要】 目的了解深圳市罗湖区老年人的健康状况和卫生服务需求。方法采用横断面调查的方法,以问卷和体检方式,调查600名老年人的文化程度、疾病史、日常生活能力、个人健康行为和卫生服务需求等。结果发放调查问卷600份,回收575份,回收率为95.8%。身体健康者占27%,患有不同疾病者经药物治疗症状已控制无需服药者占60%,需靠药物维持者占13%。其中高血压占31.0%、冠心病占16.7%、骨关节病占11.5%、消化道溃疡占7.8%、高血脂占7.5%、糖尿病占7.0%。老年人中42.3%需要定期体检,24.9%需要健康指导。结论社区老年人慢性病患病率高,疾病控制水平较差,对社区卫生服务的认识不足,给社区卫生服务的医疗、预防、保健、健康教育和卫生资源的合理利用等多方面带来了挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the health conditions of elderly people in Luohu District, Shenzhen and the requirements for health service. Methods Questionnaires and health examination were applied to investigate 600 patients about their education, disease history, daily life ability, personal health behavior and requirements for health service. Results 600 questionnaires were handed out and 575 were collected, accounting for 95.8%. The investigation showed 27% of the elderly persons were in good health, 60% suffering from various diseases got healed by medication and needed no more medication, 13% needed to sustain by taking medicine, among whom 31.0% suffered from hypertension, 16.7% from coronary heart disease, 11.5% from osteoarthritis, 7.0% from diabetes mellitus, 7.8% ulcers in digestive tract, 7.5% from hyperlipemia and 42.3% of them required regular health examination and 24.9% required health instruction.更多还原
