【摘要】 目的研究急性重度躯体创伤(ISS≥16)患者家属的心理状况,为有针对性地实施充实健康教育及心理护理提供理论依据。方法采用SCL-90量表和自设家属一般情况调查表,对82例急性重度躯体创伤患者的家属进行心理调查。将SCL-90结果与常模比较,并从家属中筛选出有心理异常者,比较其异常分布情况,进行相关性分析。结果急性重度躯体创伤患者的家属表现出明显的心理异常症状,如抑郁、焦虑、敌对、人际关系敏感及恐怖症状。多数家属出现睡眠、饮食异常和躯体化症状,与患者的病情轻重无关。家属一般情况的多个项目与其多个心理异常因子之间存在显著相关性。结论在对急性重度躯体创伤患者家属群体实施健康教育及心理护理的过程中,均应多关注其生活上所遇到的问题。护士应特别注意方式和方法,不要以施教者的身份出现,要加强护患沟通,取得患者家属的充分信任。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the psychological conditions of families of patients with acute severe trauma in order to enrich the contents of health education and psychological health care and provide relevant theoretical basis.Methods SCL-90 and self-designed questionnaire on general condition were used to investigate the psychological conditions of families of 82 patients with acute severe trauma.The results by SCL-90 were compared to Chinese norm.Those with abnormal psychology were screened out. The abnormal distributions were compared. The correlation was then analyzed. Results The families of patients with acute severe trauma were abnormal in view of depression,anxiety, hostility, sensitiveness in interpersonal relationships and horror. Most people showed abnormity in sleeping,diets and somatization, which was not related to the severity of trauma. There were significant correlation between many items of general conditions and several factors of the abnormal psychological condition. Conclusion In carrying out health education and psychological nurse for the families of patients with acute severe trauma,we should pay attention to the difficulties in their life. For the families of patients with severe trauma, nurses should pay attention to the methods, not appearing to be a teacher, strengthen the communication between nurse and patients, so to gain the trust from the families.更多还原
