【摘要】 目的 了解综合医院护士心理健康水平状况,探索改进方法。方法 对551名护士采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷测试,使用SPSS10.0软件统计分析。结果 被测总体心理健康状况尚好,被测群体的依从性较强;工作6～10年的护士身心健康状况明显差于5年以下工龄的护士。结论 提示管理者注意管理方法,关心10年内工龄的护士,提高其心理适应能力,调动10年以上工龄护士的工作积极性,增强群体活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study mental health status of nurses in hospital comprehensively and explore the methods to improve it. Methods 551 nurses were investigated by SCL-90 and the results of questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Results In general, the investigated nurses had good mental health and strong eompliance. The mental health status of nurses with 6～10 working years was worse than those less than 5 working years. Conclusion The administrator should be suggested to pay attention to management methods, caring about nurses less than 10 working years, improving their mental adaptability and their working enthusiasm, increasing the staff’s vigor.更多还原
