【Abstract】 The authors summarized the nursing cooperation experience of4patients undergoing the orthotopic heart transplantation.This paper introduced some key points of OPS(operation surgery)nurses:being familiar with the operation regulation before operation,preparing instruments and medicines well,caring about patient mental status,setting up an effective shallow intravenous passageway;keeping aseptic operation strictly,cooperating with medical staffs collecting and transplanting hearts for the smooth accomplishment.The authors argue that close cooperation of OPS nurses is very important.更多还原
