【摘要】 总结18例Ⅰ期植入羟基磷灰石义眼胎患者手术前、后的护理经验。认为术前病人的心理护理和术后防治感染及球结膜水肿的护理是降低结膜愈合不良、球结膜脱出和义眼胎暴露发生率的主要护理措施。术后并发症8例(严重球结膜水肿5例,球结膜脱出2例,球结膜愈合不良1例)均在2周内治愈。近期术后并发症有所降低。随访6～34个月,所有患者的义眼胎转动良好,配戴义眼片后外观满意,无护理并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author summarized preoperative and postoperative nursing experience in18cases with hydroxyapatite(HA)orbital im-plant transplanted at phase I.The author thought that preoperative mental care,postoperative nursing of prevention and treatment of infection and nursing of chemosis were main measures to reduce poor healing,occurrence of extrusion of bulbar conjunctiva and im-plant exposure.8cases with postoperative complications,including5serious chemosis,2extrusion of bulbar conjunctiva,and1poor healing of bulbar conjunctiva,were cured within2weeks.The occurrence of postoperative complications lowered recently.During the period of6~34months’follow-up,ocular prothesis’mobility and facial appearance were satisfying and no nursing complication oc-curred.更多还原
