【摘要】 根据海上作战和海难的救治特点,构建一个在最短时间内最有效的海上紧急急救平台,弥补海上水际急救力量不能快速形成的不足,尽快在海上发生伤员时及时达到快救、快抢、快送的作用,使海上救治保障直接在海上形成。为海上提供快速的急救,提高海上卫勤保障能力。笔者主要是针对海上紧急急救平台的构建与应用进行了进一步探讨与研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the rescue and treatment features on the sea and the beach, an effective emergency platform should be built in shortest time to make up the shortage of slow organization of on-sea emergency and to realize directly the on-sea rescue and treatment by speedily rescuing, speedily treating and speedily conveying once soldiers are wounded on sea, for the purpose of providing speedy emergency and increasing on-sea safeguard of hygienic and logistic duties.The authors in the papr further their exploration into the construch and application of on-sea emergency platform.更多还原
