【摘要】 目的　探讨立体定向血肿腔内置管抽吸和尿激酶溶解治疗基底节区脑出血的效果。方法　对 2 6例脑出血患者 ,采用立体定向血肿腔内置管治疗进行回顾性分析。结果　本组死亡 1例 ,病死率为 3.9% ,生存 2 5例 ,恢复良好 15例 ,占 6 0 % ,中残 6例 ,占 2 4 % ,重残 3例 ,占 12 % ,随访期内再死亡 1例。结论　该术式操作较简单 ,置管位置准确 ,损伤少 ,再出血发生率低 ,手术效果好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of stereotactic puncture and drainage with a catheter in the treatment of hemorrhage in basal ganglia area.Methods Twenty six patients treated by stereotactic puncture and drainage with a catheter in the treatment of hemorrhage in basal ganglia area were retrospectively analyzed.Results One out of twenty six patients died,the death rate was 3.9%.Twenty five cases were survived,of which fifteen(60%)patients recovered well,moderate disability in six cases(24%),severe disability in 3 cases(12%),one patient died in the follow up period.Conclusion This direct aspiration and drainage of an intracerebral hematoma in basal ganglia area is more simple to carry,accurate to locate,and does less damage than the open operation,rehemorrhage rate is also low,and the therapeutic effect is good.更多还原
