【Abstract】 By using the method of cost-benefit analysis, technical and economic analysis of an ecological agriculture project in rural area of Beijing is conducted. The financial net present value of the project is RMB 16 219.5 Yuan, the investment recovery period is 4.5 years and the internal return ratio is 24.97 percent. As the result, the project is believed to be feasible in the aspect of economy and worth vastly applying by northern farmer families.更多还原
