差温加热的三维温度场有限元分析
PEM Analysis for 3D Temperature Distribution by Thermal Differential Heating
【摘要】 介绍了差温无模锻造的概念和基本原理以及要在金属坯料土产生大的差温所采取的方案。运用AN SYS软件对圆柱体坯料局部加热和局部冷却过程进行了热分析。热分析中考虑了坯料的初始温度、外加热源和冷却源的热流密度以及坯料和空气的对流传热。用正交试验的方法确定了获得最佳温度场的主要相关参数的取值 ,为以后进行差温无模锻造过程的应力、应变场分析奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The concept of thermal differential mouldless forging and the method of generating large thermal differential are introduced first. The process of local heating and local cooling on cylinder billet is analyzed by the ANSYS software. In the thermal analysis, the initial temperature of billet、beat fluxes(heat flow per unit area) of positive and negative value and convections to surrounding air are considered. By orthogonal experiment, the main correlative parameter for obtaining the optimal temperature distribution is acquired, which is preparted for the analysis of the stress-strain field in the process of performing thermal differential mouldess forging.
