聚合铝中Al_b含量的影响因素研究

【摘要】 聚合铝中Alb含量是衡量其絮凝活性的主要指标.采用一次加碱法制备聚合铝时,Alb含量的主要影响因素依次为:碱化度、加热温度、氯化铝浓度、碱浓度.实验确定的优化工艺:碱化度为2.2,加热温度为72℃,氯化铝浓度为0.5mol·L-1,碱(NaOH)浓度为0.7~1.0mol·L-1.检测结果表明:在优化工艺条件下,制备的聚合铝中Alb含量为80.26%.

【Abstract】 The content of Alb in polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is the most important index which decides its capacity of flocculation .When we prepare PAC by the method of instantaneous injection, the factors (influencing) the content of Alb in PAC are as follows: the basicity, the temperature, the concentration of AlCl3, the concentration of NaOH. By plenty of experiments, we have got the optimal condition of preparing PAC. The optimal condition (consists) of the bacisity of 2.2, the temperature of 72 ℃, the (concentration) of AlCl3 of 0.5mol·L-1 and the (concentration) of NaOH from 0.7 to 1.0 mol·L-1. The result of experiments shows that the content of Alb in PAC is equal to 80.26 percent under the optimal preparing condition.
