FeCl3/PPh3/PhCH2Br催化体系催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合
Polymerization of Methyl Methylacrylate by FeCl3/PPh3/PhCH2Br
【摘要】 以PhCH2 Br为引发剂 ,FeCl3/PPh3为催化剂催化了甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的聚合 ,探讨了温度、时间、催化剂与引发剂比及催化剂与单体比对聚合反应的影响 ,用红外光谱测定了聚合物的结构 ,GPC测定了聚合物的分子量及其分布 ,PDI =1.12~ 1.6 9.
【Abstract】 Polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) are carried out at the presence of PhCH 2Br/FeCl 3/PPh 3 at 130 ℃. The yield increased with the time, and the best time is 12 h. When the molar ratio of catalyst to initiator is 2, the best yield of the polymerization was obtained. As the amount of MMA increases in the reaction system, the yield at first decreases, and then increases. The best molar ratio of catalyst to MMA is 1 000. The molecular weight dispersion (PDI) of 1.12~1.69 is narrow. And when the molecular weight increases to 9.56×103, PDI is a constant. This character is similar to living radical polymerization.
