【摘要】 花生壳是民间中草药 ,价格低廉 ,资源丰富 ,含有木犀草素等黄酮类成分 ,本文以木犀草素为对照品 ,利用分光光度法测定了全国 17个产地花生壳药材中总黄酮含量 ,结果表明 ,花生壳含黄酮类成分在0 2 5 %～ 1 4 2 %之间 ,但不同产地药材黄酮的含量差异较大 ,研究结果对花生壳资源的综合开发与利用具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peanut hull, which resource was abundance, was a medical herb in civilian and contained flavonoids. We used UV spectrograph to determine the content of the total flavonoids in peanut hull samples from 17 districts of China, with luteolin as the reference substance. The result showed that the content was 0.25%～1.42% and the difference of contents was obvious for different samples. The experiment was directive to exploit and utilize peanut hull.更多还原
