美登木内生真菌的分离
The Isolation of Endophytic Fungifrom Maytenus Hookeri
【摘要】 从美登木 (Maytenushookeri)不同生长期茎、叶中分离到 12株内生真菌 ,经鉴定它们分属于 2个亚门、 3个目、 3个科、 5个属。其中子囊菌亚门菌株 5株占总分离频率的 4 2 % ,本文对其菌落形态及个体形态作了报道。
【Abstract】 We obtained 12 fungal isolated from the leaves and stems of Maytenus hookeri. These endophytic fungi belong to 5 genera, 3 families, 3 orders and 2 divisions, the ratio of Ascomycotina is 42%.
