PE重组免疫毒素在肿瘤导向治疗中的应用
Roles of PE-based recombinant immunotoxins in the targeting therapy of tumor
【摘要】 绿脓杆菌外毒素A(PE)经过修饰后失去了与细胞结合的能力,将单克隆抗体的Fv段或细胞因子作为导向分子与修饰后的PE通过DNA重组技术融合,获得重组的免疫毒素,这种免疫毒素通过导向分子将毒素带到靶细胞,并杀伤靶细胞,因而被广泛运用于肿瘤的导向治疗。
【Abstract】 Pseudomonas exotoxin A loses the ability to bind to cells after modification. The PE was fused with homing molecules such as Fv of monoclonal antibody or cytokine through the DNA recombinant technology, which produces the recombinant immunotoxin. The recombinant immunotoxin kills the targeted cells after the homing molecules carry PE to them. So the recombinant immunotoxin is widely being used in the targeting therapy of tumor.
