【摘要】 宪法是国家的根本大法 ,具有最高法律效力。但长期以来我国在宪法实施方面存在很多问题 ,宪法的根本法地位无法有效落实 ,违宪事件屡屡发生 ,其原因在于我国宪法监督体系不够完善。文章通过对我国宪法监督问题的分析 ,提出由全国人大及其常委会与宪法法院共同实施宪法监督的二元化的宪法监督体系 ,并对其机构设置、人员产生、工作职责以及运行方式和程序进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constitution is a basic law in a country, which has a supreme legal power. Many problems, however, are found in constitutional practice in China. The reason lies in lack of perfect constitutional supervision. The paper suggests a constitutional supervision system that is co-implemented by the National People’s Congress, its Standing Committee as well as the Court of Constitution, and elaborates on how its agencies are set up and how they function.更多还原
