【摘要】 对教育部确定的“十五”期间西部地区重点建设的 13所高校三年科技情况及发展变化情况进行了对比分析。分析表明 :西部重点建设的 13所高校多数整体实力不强 ,主要表现在科技经费偏少 ;技术转让收入低 ,获奖项目不多。与东部地区高校相比差距较大 ;13所高校之间科技实力相差悬殊 ,在横向项目方面有些学校为零。反映出西部高校与地方经济建设结合以及成果转化的力度不够更多还原

【Abstract】 The comparison is put forward of the scientific and technological situation and development situation in 13 universities determined by the Education Department in the Tenth Five-Year period. The result shows: 13 universities has low scientific and technological strength as a whole. It is demonstrated by too little technological expenditure; low income of technological transfer, few projects of prize, which differs a lot with those of the universities in the eastern region of China; the great difference of the technological strength among 13 universities, the none lateral item of some universities, which reflects less combination of the universities in the western area with local economic construction and less transfer of achievements.更多还原
