煤热解与水蒸气气化中NH3的生成规律探讨
STUDY ON THE FORMATION OF NH3 DURING COAL PYROLYSIS AND GASIFICATION
【摘要】 研究了吡啶在常压平推流管式反应器中于 65 0℃~ 1 30 0℃范围内的热分解和水蒸气气化 ,重点考查了温度、停留时间以及 H2 O/N(摩尔比 )对其中 N在热解与气化过程中转化形成NH3 的影响 ,初步探讨了 NH3 生成的机理 .实验结果表明 :吡啶在热解过程中存在一个最佳反应温度 ,而在水蒸气气化条件下生成的 NH3 则随温度的升高而增大 ;吡啶在管内的停留时间越长 ,热解气化生成的 NH3 量越大 ;在水蒸气气化过程中 ,H2 O/N存在一个最佳比 .
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis and gasification of pyridine has been studied in a completely piton flow quartz reactor, with the temperature ranging between 650 ℃-1 300 ℃. H 2O was used as the gasifying agents in this work. The effects of the temperature , residence time and H 2O/N(mol ratio) on the formation of NH 3 were discussed. The results show that the yields of NH 3 from the pyrolysis and gasification increased with temperature and residence time. During the gasification of pyridine, the best H 2O/N ratio was existed.
