【摘要】 ①目的　探讨促细胞凋亡基因如bax基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义。②方法　用免疫组化法对 44例非小细胞肺癌和 32例正常肺组织的标本检测bax蛋白的表达情况。③结果　bax蛋白在非小细胞肺癌 (52 .2 7% )中比正常肺组织 (1 8.75 % )有较高的表达 ;bax蛋白表达与肺癌淋巴结转移及肿瘤的TNM相关 ,与其它临床病例参数无相关 ;bax蛋白在肺癌癌巢周围的肿瘤细胞中比癌巢中心的肿瘤细胞有较高的表达。④结论　bax基因可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展 ;bax蛋白的检测可作为一个判定肺癌生物学行为和患者预后的参考指标 ;在非小细胞肺癌中 ,细胞凋亡可能对肺癌的转移起了促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of Bax pro-apoptotic gene expression in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 44 Cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 32 normal lung tissues were detected by means of immunohistochemical assay for Bax gene expression.Results The posative rate of Bax in 44 cases was 52.27% ,While the normal lung tissues was 18.75%.There was ralationship between Bax expression and TNM status and lymph Node metastasis,and there was higher expression in edge cells than in central ones of lung cancer tissues Conclusion Bax protein can be a inference indicator of evaluating the biologic behavior and prognosis of lung caneer.Apoptosis may play a role in the advanced lung cancer metastasis.更多还原
