【摘要】 ①目的　总结脑外伤性脑积水的诊治经验。②方法　分析 2 0例脑外伤性脑积水的临床特点、治疗过程和疗效。③结果　 1 7例行脑室腹腔分流术 ,有效 1 0例 ,其中 8例获得满意效果 ;无变化 5例 ,恶化 1例 ,死亡 1例。 3例行第三脑室底造瘘术 ,全部有效。④结论　提高对本病的认识 ,及时检查和妥善治疗 ,可提高患者的生存和预后 ,内窥镜下第三脑室底造瘘术是一种安全、有效、微创的手术 ,可作为治疗梗阻性脑积水的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summary the experence of the diagosis and treatment of traumatic hydrocephalus,Methods The characteristics and duration of treatment and diagosis of 20 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus patients were analyzed. Results 17 cases have been by VPS.Among them ,there were 10 cases of good effect ,among which 8 cases showed satisfactory results, 2 cases without any effect ,1 case of worse effect and 1 case died.4 cases have been by the third ventriculostomy,and all of them showed good effect. Conclusions If enhance the knowledge of the disease, accomplish quickly inspection and perform proper treatment,the living incidence and postoperative results of patients can be improved.Third ventriculostomy by endoscope is safe effective minimally invasive operation,and shoud be considered as a primary treatment for aqueduct stenosis hydrocephalus.更多还原
