电动汽车用永磁同步电动机设计
Design of permanent magnet synchronous motor in electric vehicle drive
【摘要】 为推进永磁同步电动机在电动汽车驱动中的应用,对电动汽车驱动用永磁同步电动机的设计进行了研究.从电动汽车牵引电机的运行特性入手,分析了影响永磁同步电动机参数确定的因素.应用电磁场分析方法给出了永磁同步电动机转子永磁体结构的选择原则.应用场路耦合计算方法设计了电动客车用永磁同步电动机样机.实验结果表明,样机的低速转矩大、恒功率区宽,性能满足整车的需要.
【Abstract】 In order to promote the application of PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous moter) to EV(electric vehicle) drive, the design of PMSM in EV drive was studied.With a view to operation characteristic of traction motor, main factors influencing the confirmation of PMSM parameters were analyzed.Choice principle of permanent-magnet structure in rotor was presented based on electromagnetic field analysis.According to field-circuit coupled method, a PMSM prototype was developed.Such experimental result as wide constant power range and high torque at low speed shows that the PMSM prototype can meet EV drive well.
