电机传动系统非线性耦合振动的建模及控制
Modeling and control of the nonlinear coupling vibration over the motor-driven system
【摘要】 分析研究了大型电机传动系统非线性耦合振动的机理,建立了具有离散采样和调制非线性特性的电力电子装置逻辑开关模型,提出了用于此类振动控制的反振荡适应振动控制理论,并介绍此理论应用于井塔消振工程,取得了良好的振荡和振动抑制效果:电流低频振荡抑制效果达90%以上,实际井塔振动控制效果达80%以上.
【Abstract】 Analyzed and researched the non-linear coupling vibration mechanism of large-scale electrical machinery transmission system, set up electronic device logic switch model which having discrete sampling and non-linear modulated characteristics. Adapting to the vibration control and against to the vibration theory being used in vibration control of this type was proposed and applied in the well tower’s eliminated vibration project, and obtained fine oscillation and vibration repress result. The result of low frequency electric current suppressing reaches more than 90%, the real well tower vibration control result reaches more than 80%.
