基于淮南煤的溶胀反应过程研究

【摘要】 以淮南张集矿、谢桥矿和潘集三矿煤为研究用煤 ,在温和条件下使用 5种溶剂进行溶胀度的测定 ,得出张集煤在NMP中溶胀度最大。并讨论了煤的预处理、煤中水分和溶剂供电子数目对溶胀的影响 ,考察了张集煤溶胀前后热性质的变化 ,指出研究淮南煤的溶胀性质和结构对淮南的煤化工和实现煤的高效洁净转化有着重要的意义

【Abstract】 With coal from Zhangji Mine, Xieqiao Mine and Panji No. 3 Mine, the measurement of the dissolved swelling ware made with 5 different dissolvent under the mild condition. The results showed that the dissolved swelling of the coal from Zhangji Mine in NMP was the highest. The paper discussed the coal pre-treatment, coal moisture content and EDN influenced to the swelling. The paper studied the changes of the thermal property before and after the swelling of Zhangji coal. The paper pointed out the solvent swelling property and structure of Huainan coal had a great significance to the coal chemistry and high clean conversion of coal.
