DWX型液压支柱密封盖的有限元分析
Finite element analysis on sealing cover of DWX hydraulic prop
【摘要】 密封盖是DWX型单体液压支柱的一个重要零件 ,在支柱的工作状态中 ,受悬浮力的作用而分担了大部分的矿山压力。分析了该密封盖在支柱受压时的受力情况 ,并用野火版本Pro/Engi neer环境中、集成模式的Pro/Mechanica运行密封盖静态结构分析 ,得到密封盖在额定压力p和试验压力 2p作用下的变形和应力分布图 ,并得出密封盖能够满足强度条件的结论
【Abstract】 The sealing cover is an important part of DWX hydraulic single prop. During the working status of the prop, the sealing cover born major part of the roof pressure due to the suspended flotation. The paper analyzed the loading conditions when the prop was loaded. The static structure of the sealing cover was analyzed with the wild fire version Pro/Engineer and integrated mode Pro/Mechanica. The deformation and stress distribution map of the sealing cover ware obtained under the rated pressure p and test pressure 2p. The paper has a conclusion that the sealing cover could meet the strength requirements.
