选煤厂高分子絮凝剂对水煤浆性能影响的研究

【摘要】 研究了选煤厂最广泛使用的煤泥水高分子絮凝剂———聚丙烯酰胺的添加量对 2种常用的、不同种类的水煤浆添加剂制成的水煤浆成浆性和流变性的影响。研究结果表明 ,选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺环节添加的高分子絮凝剂 ,在一定的用量范围内对水煤的稳定性有利 ,而增大水煤浆的黏度 ,对水煤浆的流变性也会产生一定的影响

【Abstract】 The paper studied the added quantities of the macromolecule flocculant, which is widely applied in coal preparation plants, in slime water. The paper studied the added quantity of the two different macromolecule flocculants influenced to the slurriability and rheology of coal water mixture. The study results showed the macromolecule flocculant added in the coal preparation plants for slime water treatment in certain quantity will be favor to the stability of water and coal and will increase the viscosity of the CWM. Also it will cause certain influence to the rheology of the water and coal.
