无压给料重介质旋流器开发及在孔庄矿选煤厂技术改造中的应用

【摘要】 孔庄矿选煤厂在技术改造工程中结合本矿煤质与实际生产情况 ,采用无压给料重介质旋流器选煤工艺和设备 ;对 3GDMC1 2 0 0 85 0A型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数和安装参数进行了创新优化 ;技改工程取得显著效益 ,重介质旋流器一段可能偏差值为 0 0 36kg L ,数量效率在 95 %以上 ,与技改前相比 ,精煤质量提高一级 ,精煤产率提高了 1 0 % ,年创经济效益近 30 0 0万元。

【Abstract】 In connection with the coal characteristics and production practice, the technical conversion project at Kongzhuan Coal Preparation Plant given that: HM cyclone with un pressurized feeding employed; and parameter of construction figuration and installation of the 300/850A 3 product HM cyclone innovated and optimized. Remarkable benefit achieved from such technical conversion that: the E p value of the first stage separation being 0.036kg/L; quantitative efficiency, > 95%; quality of clean coal, one rank upgraded compared with that before conversion; clean coal yield, 10% increased, and annual economic benefit, 30,000,000 Yuan increased.
