【摘要】 目的:探讨一种治疗下颌骨无明显肥大的胖圆脸的微创瘦脸方法。方法:采用A型肉毒毒素定点定量向肥大的咬肌内注射,使咬肌均匀萎缩变薄;同时经口内入路吸除双侧颊脂垫。结果:临床治疗49例一月后均能获得良好的瘦脸效果,经6～18个月的随访,效果稳定。结论:颊脂垫吸除联合A型肉毒毒素咬肌多点注射瘦脸术,具有操作简单、创伤较轻、恢复较快、安全有效等特点,比单一的治疗方法效果更好、更稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a microinvasive face thinning technique to treat fat face without significant overgrowth of lower jaw bone. Methods Adopt type A botulinum toxin to inject in hypertrophic musculus masseter at fixed points and quantity,making musculus masseter atrophic and thinning evenly;meanwhile, aspirate buccal fat lining of both cheeks through oral route. Results 49 clinical cases got satisfactory face thinning results after 1 month treatment.Following up for 6-18 months shows that the effect is stable. Conclution Face thinning technique of buccal fat lining aspiration combined with multi-point musculus masseter injection of type A botulinum toxin is simpl to operate,mild in injury,quick in recovery,safe and effective.It is better and more stable than single treatment.更多还原
