【摘要】 目的:了解各类隆颏术式术后的并发症发生情况。方法:随访不同切口隆颏病例,了解其术后切口感染、假体外露、假体位置偏移、下唇感觉异常等并发症发生情况。结果:2000年以来共随访各种隆颏术式隆颏患者92例,其中外切口3例;口内前庭沟粘膜横切口29例,并发症5例;纵切口(单一纵切口、双纵切口)31例,并发症5例;环系带“U”形切口29例,并发症2例。结论:口内环系带“U”形切口兼顾了以往各种隆颏术式的优点,是一种较佳的隆颏术式。更多还原
