【摘要】 目的:探讨面部皮肤软组织缺损的理想修复方法。方法:根据面部缺损的范围、性质,应用肩胛游离皮瓣修复各类不同性质的面部皮肤软组织缺损12例。结果:皮瓣全部成活。随访6个月至2年,2例皮瓣略显臃肿,其余在颜色、质地等方面与正常皮肤基本一致,外观满意。结论:修复面部皮肤软组织缺损的皮瓣选择应以能使面部外形获得理想的外观和功能恢复为原则;肩胛游离皮瓣转移在面部创伤性大面积缺损和感染性缺损修复中具有其他方法所不能比拟的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method of repairing skin and soft tissues of face defect. Methods Using the free flap of scapular region to repair all kinds defect of face in 12 cases. Results In 12 cases,all of the flaps were live,all the cases were followed in 6 months to 2 years,2 example shoulder free flaps were slightly swollen,rest is at the aspect,such as,color,and quality etc.With the normal skin basic consistence,external appearance satisfaction.
