【摘要】 目的　探讨黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎 (XGP)的诊断及临床治疗方法。方法　总结 1995年至 2 0 0 2年收治的 8例XGP的临床表现、实验室检查结果、影像学特点及治疗方法。结果　CT扫描 8例 ,2例怀疑为XGP ;IVU及B超检查未做出特异性诊断提示。8例中行肾根治切除术 4例 ,肾切除 4例 ,全部获得治愈。结论　XGP缺乏特异性诊断方法 ,可根据临床及影像学表现做出初步诊断 ,必要时进行穿刺活检确诊。治疗上可根据临床分期、病变部位等采取肾切除术为主的治疗方式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment for xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP). Methods Eight cases of XGP were retrospectively reviewed from 1995～2002 for clinical situation, laboratory examination and management. Results All the 8 cases required CT scan, and XGP was suspected in 2 cases. No specific signs were found with IVU or B ultrasound check. All the cases were treated surgically including radical nephrectomy in 4 and total nephrectomy in 4 and all were cured. Conclusion XGP lacks specific diagnosis methods. The preliminary diagnosis can be made by clinical situation and imaging display. Fine needle aspiration can be done if necessary. Partial or total nephrectomy can be undertaken for XGP according to its clinical stage and site of lesion.更多还原
