糯小麦种质资源H9908的评价与利用

【摘要】 为了研究引进糯小麦品系H9908的利用价值,对其主要农艺性状、抗病性和淀粉品质进行了鉴定。结果表明,H9908植株偏高,抗倒性差,穗小,穗粒数少,千粒重较低,抗病性差,在生产上不能直接应用。但其具有分蘖力强、成穗率高以及淀粉品质好等优点,可作为优异种质资源加以利用。通过常规育种技术,已成功地将H9908的糯质基因导入到当地推广品种或中间材料中,育成的2个纯糯小麦品系宁W0065和宁W0066在丰产性、抗病性等方面已接近当地大面积推广品种扬麦158。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate its value in the wheat breeding (program), the waxy wheat H9908 (introduced) from the U.S.A was evaluated in its agronomic characters, diseases resistance and starch (quality). The results showed that H9908 had high plant height, smaller spike, fewer kernels per spike, lower 1000-grain weight and susceptible to head scab and powdery mildew. Thus it couldnt be applied directly in the wheat (production). However, it had such charcters as more tillers and spikes per plant, and better starch (quality), so it could be used as a kind of excellent germplasm. At present three waxy (protein) genes from H9908 had been intergerated successfully into the local commercial wheat varieties and outstanding lines by the (conventional) breeding method, and some elite waxy wheat lines had been developed, such as Ning W0065 and Ning W0066. The yield potential and diseases resistance of these two waxy wheat lines were nearly up to that of the local (commercial) wheat variety Yangmai 158.
