不同播期对麦绿素用大麦产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 为了给麦绿素用大麦新品种(系)科学种植、提高产量和改善品质提供试验依据,研究了不同播期对麦绿素用大麦品种生长期、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,随着播期的推迟,麦绿素用大麦品种从播种到出苗、第一次收获所需天数依次延长。大麦苗收获三期的鲜叶总产量和干物质积累量均以10月10日和10月30日播种的最高,品质也较优;9月20日和10月20日播种的品质最优,产量也较高;而11月9日和11月19日播种的产量低、品质差。因此,麦绿素用大麦的适宜播期应为9月20日至10月30日。

【Abstract】 A field experiment was carried out to study the effect of sowing date on the growth, yield and quality of barley leaves specially used for processing Barley Green. The results showed that with delaying of sowing date from September 20 to November 19 in Hangzhou, the day number for seedling emergence and first (harvesting) was significantly increased. The highest total fresh and dry weight yields of tender barley leaves, as well as (better) quality, were recorded in the plants sown on October 10 or 30 among 7 sowing dates. The quality (characters), such as the contents of chlorophyll, protein, vitamin C, potassium, SOD activity, in the plants sown on September 20 and October 20, were markedly superior to those sown in other dates, and the biomass yields also are higher. However the yield and quality of the plants sown on November 9 and 19, (respectively), were lower and worse than those sown in the other dates. Therefore the suitable range of sowing date for barley used for processing Barley Green was September 20 to October 30 in Hangzhou.
