Waxy蛋白缺失小麦及正反交组合淀粉特性的研究

【摘要】 研究了Waxy蛋白缺失类型小麦材料及正反交组合F1代的直链淀粉含量、膨胀势和降落数值等淀粉理化特性以及它们之间的相关性。结果表明:降落数值与直链淀粉含量呈正相关;膨胀势与直链淀粉含量无相关;正、反交组合F1代种子的直链淀粉含量介于糯麦和普通小麦两类亲本之间,为中亲效应。反交组合F1代比正交F1代直链淀粉含量高,说明小麦的糯性遗传为细胞质遗传。正、反交组合的降落数值和膨胀势差异均不显著。说明这两个性状的遗传为非胞质遗传。

【Abstract】 The properties of starch such as amylose content, swelling potential and falling number in different Waxy-protein deficient materials and their reciprocal hybrids were studied in this paper. The results were as (follows): there was significant positive correlation (between) the amylose content and falling number; There was no correlation (between) the amylose content and the swelling potential; The amylose content of F1 hybrids was (between) that of the Waxy wheat and non-waxy wheat; The amylose content of reciprocal cross type was (significant) higher than that of direct cross type; The falling number of the reciprocal cross type is higher than that of direct cross type, while the swelling potential was almost the same.
