【Abstract】 In this study, Bt gene was introduced into cv. Atlantic successfully with Agrobacterium-mediated method. At the same time, the regeneration system of the cultivar Atlantic was optimized for leaf explants. We discussde the factors which effect the regeneration rate and the transformation rate. A high frequency of regeneration system in vitro and genetic transformation system of potato were established, and transgenic plants were gained.更多还原
