以Acorga M5640为载体的乳状液膜法分离富集铜

【摘要】 研究了以AcorgaM5640为载体的乳状液膜,从低品位铜矿浸出液中提取铜的最优膜配方及工艺条件.结果表明,由AcorgaM5640(体积分数6%)、LMS-2+LMA-1(体积分数2%)和民用煤油组成的乳状液膜膜相,在内水相为2~3mol/LH2SO4,外相pH为1.5~4.0,油内比Roi=3∶2,乳水比Rew=1∶5,提取时间为6min的条件下,铜的迁移率接近100%,二次逆流提取后的富集液中,铜浓度为6.5g/L左右.

【Abstract】 The separation and concentration of copper from low-grade copper ore leaching solution by emulsion liquid membrane were studied,the optimum dispensation of membrane and technique were determined.The experimental results showed that when ordinary kerosene containing Acorga M5640(6%),(LMS-2+LMA-1)(2%) was used as oil phase,pH of leaching solution was 1.5~4.0,R(oi)=3∶2,R(ew)=1∶5,t=6 min,the recovery,concentration of copper were about 100%,6.5 g/L, respectively, by countercurrent extraction of two times.
