【摘要】 通过对直齿轮和斜齿轮传动的运动误差实验 ,绘制出误差ΔFi′、fid′、fig′的曲线 ,寻求出影响因素 ,分析了对传动精度的影响 ,得出了运动误差是评价齿轮传动精度的客观指标 ,轴向偏移和侧隙对运动误差没有影响 ,应用中要正确选用运动精度指标及其载荷分布均匀性指标和平稳性指标的合理组合更多还原

【Abstract】 The author protracted the curve of error ΔFi′,fi_d′ and fi_g′ to find out the influential factors via experiments on kinematic error of the transmissions of straight and helical gears and analysis on the influence upon transmission precision and concluded that kinematic error is the objective index to evaluate the accuracy of gear drive,and axial deviation and backlash has no influence upon kinematic error.A reasonable combination with the indexes of movement precision and its uniformity index of loads distribution and quiet running property should be chosen correctly in application.更多还原
