刀具热变形对工件加工精度影响的研究
Effect of thermal deformation of cutting tools on detail process precision
【摘要】 通过推导出车刀在连续加工、冷却阶段和断续加工状态下的变形量与切削时间的关系 ,建立了车刀热变形的数学模型 ,并给出了测量车刀热变形误差的方法 ,从而为减小车刀的热伸长、提高工件的加工精度 ,提供了理论上的依据
【Abstract】 Through derived for the relation between the elongation and the cutting time period about cutter under the condition of continuous machining, cooling stage and interrupted machining, which established the mathematical model of the thermal deformation of cutter and presented the method of measuring the error of thermal deformation of cutter, the results contribute to reduce the thermal extension of cutter and increase the precision of workpiece machining.
