φ34×126矿用扁平接链环的结构分析及强度实验研究
Structure analysis and experiment study for mining flat type connector units of φ34×126
【摘要】 应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对接链环的力学简化模型进行分析计算 ,对目前煤矿最常用的34× 12 6的矿用扁平接链环进行动态疲劳电测实验 ,捕捉到了疲劳裂纹产生时的循环次数 ,为接链环的合理设计及提高疲劳寿命提供了理论及实验依据。
【Abstract】 Uses the finite element software of ANSYS to analyze the mechanics simplified model of connector units.In view of the above,the article carries on dynamic state fautige electricity testing experiment to the 34×126 for mining flat type connector units that in common use in the coal mine.In the test,we found the circle time when the crack was created.It provides very important foundations to the improvement of the tooth shape analysis and fatigue life later on.
