浮选旋流器的特征试验研究
Testing and researching about the characteristics of float-hydrocyclone
【摘要】 采用先进的SP - 2 0 0 0型高速动态分析系统 ,捕捉浮选旋流器内颗粒及气泡的运动轨迹 ,并对颗粒和气泡的运动轨迹进行计算和分析 ,得出了在一定条件下浮选旋流器内离心力场的大小、泡沫柱形状以及矿化的形式。揭示了浮选旋流器的力场特征、泡沫特征以及矿化特征 ,为浮选旋流器的今后开发研究提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 The advanced high-speed dynamic analyzing system,the type of SP-2000,is applied to trace the motion track of bubble and particle in float-hydrocyclone. And the motion tracks were computed and analyzed to attain the size of centrifugal flied, the shape of bubble column and the form of mineralization in a certain condition. It reveals the characteristics of force field, bubble and mineralization. It provides a theory basis for the future development and research of float-hydrocyclone.
