连续乳化生产线的危险性评析及解决途径
Evaluation and Solution on Dangers of Continuous Production Line for Emulsion Explosive
【摘要】 分析了我国乳化炸药连续生产技术的危险程度,认为形成初始乳状液的乳化工序是影响生产系统安全性的关键工序。采用微乳状液技术设计易乳型乳化炸药,减低乳状液形成对机械作用和温度的需求,可以大幅度提高连续乳化生产的安全性。
【Abstract】 The dangerous degree of continuous production line for emulsion explosive is analyzed. The emulsifying process for the formation of preliminary emulsion is pivotal for the safety of production system. Easily emulsifying type emulsion explosive with microemulsion technique can decrease limits on machine and temperature when emulsion formation and greatly improve its production safety.
