汽车覆盖件拉延件设计

【摘要】 汽车覆盖件拉延件设计是覆盖件冲压工艺设计的重要内容,不仅关系到模具调试的难易,更直接影响制造周期、成本、冲压件质量乃至全工序的成败。阐述了汽车覆盖件的成形特点和覆盖件拉延件设计的基本原则,提出了包括冲压方向、工艺补充面、压料面及拉延筋等几方面内容的拉延件设计的一般方法,讨论了在拉延件设计过程中对经济性的考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drawn component design for automobile covering parts is an important part instamping process design, related to the difficulty of die test and success of the whole procedureand manufacture cycle, cost, quality of stamping parts. The forming characteristic of automobilecovering parts and the basic principles of drawn component design were elaborated. The generalmethod including press direction, addendum surface of technology, press surface and draw beadwere put forward. The economy of drawn component design was discussed.更多还原
