汽车覆盖件模具三维设计中的曲面修整与简化

【摘要】 汽车覆盖件模具三维结构设计中的难点之一是复杂曲面的分模 ,本文详细介绍了一套对工艺数模曲面的修整与重建的方法 ,解决了分模失败的问题。另外 ,在对模具结构进行具体分析的基础上 ,提出了工艺数模曲面简化的方法 ,使模具三维设计过程的数据量大大减少 ,加快了运算速度。文中所提出的方法均经过实践的检验 ,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The die opening is a difficulty in the three dimensions structure design of automobile panel die. In this paper, several techniques for finishing and rebuilding of process surface are introduced, and the problem for die opening is overcome. In addition, on the basis of the analysis of the design processes of stamping die, a method for simplifying process surface. The mehod greatly reduces data in the three dimensions trructure design of automobile panel die, and speeds up the progress of calculate. The methods introduced in the paper are proof by practice.更多还原
