高压电器绝缘座模具的虚拟制造
Virtual Manufacture Technology of The Die of High Tension Electrical Equipment Insulator
【摘要】 基于CIMATRON工作环境 ,以高压电器绝缘座模具的设计和制造为例 ,阐述了以产品建模、数据共享和过程仿真为基础的虚拟制造技术的真实内涵和实现方法。从模具设计的角度出发 ,揭示了CAD CAM技术从二维绘图起步 ,经历了以描述产品几何形状为主的三维线框、曲面和实体造型发展阶段 ,逐渐发展成为以几何模型为基础并且包含产品设计和生产过程所需的各种信息的特征建模阶段 ,为创建产品的集成信息模型服务。以实践证明 ,虚拟制造技术将显著提高模具的质量 ,缩短生产周期 ,而CAD CAM技术是实现产品设计 ,建模和数据交换的重要工具
【Abstract】 According to the design and manufacture in the die of high tension electrical equipment insulator,this paper expatiates upon the true connotation of virtual manufacture technology which is based on product modeling data share and process simulation in CIMATRON environment. Furthermore, the paper expound the CAD/CAM technology on the basis of drawing which experiences the phase of curve modeling,surface modeling and solid modeling describing the geometry of product and gradually become feature modeling which is based on geometry form comprising of all information during design and manufacturing of product. The quality of die will be improved and the period of production will be shortened. Moreover,the important means of product modeling and data exchange is based on CAD/CAM technology.
