薄壳塑件翘曲变形分析与工艺参数优化
The Analysis of the Warpage of the Thin-Wall Plastic Parts and the Optimization of the Technological Parameters
【摘要】 采用CAE模拟技术 ,以手机外壳为研究对象 ,对影响薄壳塑件翘曲变形的因素 (如模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力等 )进行分析 ,并通过正交实验法找出最佳工艺参数组合
【Abstract】 With the mobile phone shell as a research object,by using the CAE technique,the factors that affect thin-wall moulding warpage,such as mould temperature,melt temperature,rate of injection and holding pressure,etc,are analyzed.The optimum combinations of technological parameters have been found out through orthogonal experimental design.
