【Abstract】 On the basis of the analysis of the compressor motor cover structure,the design of the stamping and drawing process for the motor cover is introduced,including determination of the operation sequence and operation position parts’dimensions,design and manufacture of the die,and testing,using and maintenance of the die.The operations of drawing and reverse drawing are conducted alternatively to set off the residual stress produced from drawing,increase the shaping reliability and ensure the product quality.更多还原
