无缝钢管局部径向模具塑性成形过程的物理模拟与数值模拟
Physical Simulation and3D FEM Simulation on Locally Radially Plastic Shaping Of the Seamless Steel Pipe
【摘要】 采用大变形弹塑性有限元理论 ,用DYNA3D(研究版 )有限元软件 ,对无缝钢管局部径向模具塑性成形过程中当凸模的凹槽尺寸与凸模的圆弧半径发生变化时进行了数值模拟研究 ,得出了对成形钢管表面质量控制具有重要参考价值的结论 ,解决了成形钢管表面的压痕问题
【Abstract】 With the great-deformation elastoplastic FEM theory and the FEM software DYNA3D(research edition),the numerical simulation on the process of locally and radially plastic shaping of the seamless steel pipe,when the punch groove dimension and the punch radius are changing,has been researched.Conclusions with important reference value to the control of the surface quality of seamless steel pipes are gained,which solved the surface impression problem in forming steel pipes.
